I have been a group fitness instructor for six years and played basketball, track and competitive cheerleading prior to group training and cycle classes. I fell in LOVE with just feeling good and want to help bad b*tches like yourself realize their full potential, both physically and mentally. The girl I I used to be: I’ve always been healthy and “thought” I knew what I was doing. I worked out everyday, even twice a day. I was afraid of fats because I thought it would “make me fat”. I hated the way I looked. I felt like I had something to prove to people around me. I constantly told my Husband I was fat or just a “big girl”. I limited myself to certain foods and cried behind closed doors. I told myself I HAD to be a certain weight or I was fat. I was scared to lift weights because I thought I would get “bulky”.

The girl who made the change: Leading up to my wedding day, I wanted to be the HOTTEST wifey in the game, so I went through a 90 day meal plan program and it changed just about everything. I was scared and skeptical going into it. I ended up losing 7lbs and 4% body fat after the program was over. I then quit my corporate America job to help girlies like you break down any barriers holding you back from reaching your bod goals.

The girl I am today: I have an amazing relationship with food. I learned how to properly fuel my body. I love lifting and learned it will only make me stronger and makes me feel confident. I love myself and my body now. I would tell the old Jordy to come take my hand, because this is just the beginning to a life long era of HOT GIRL QUEEN SH*T.
